Flowers.com or any of its agents, employees, associates, affiliates or partners will not guarantee that flowers.com will be uninterrupted or error free nor do they make any guarantees about the accuracy and reliability of the content and functionality of flowers.com.
flowers.com will not in anyway be liable for more than the GBP £ monetary value of any product purchased through flowers.com but will through its 7 day freshness guarantee offer a full refund or replacement of the product purchased as soon as practically possible. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that products ordered have been safely delivered and any non-delivery or general queries relating to products ordered must be made to flowers.com within 14 days of placing the order. Though every effort is made to ensure accuracy, flowers.com cannot be liable for any miss-spelled names or words or incorrect messages accompanying any delivery or for any flowers or packaging that symbolise something in particular to the recipient.
Despite making every effort and realising the importance of certain key dates, due to factors beyond flowers.com control, flowers.com does not guarantee delivery dates or times and all orders placed with flowers.com will be delivered as close to the desired date or time as possible. No deliveries are made on Sundays and Bank Holidays. Deliveries for Sunday will be made on the previous Saturday when possible. All orders for same day UK & IRELAND delivery must be accepted before 12 noon UK local time; otherwise delivery will be made next business day. Allow 48 hours for Rest of the World. Deliveries maybe restricted in remote rural areas.
Content, containers, quality and all products may vary according to season and local availability. flowers.com reserves the right to substitute products for those of a similar value. In the event on non-availability of items such as balloons or chocolates, the extra value where applicable will be put into the floral gift. flowers.com reserves the right to cancel and refund in full any order that it cannot undertake for whatever reason. flowers.com cannot be liable for any non-delivery or delay caused by information omitted by the customer when ordering online. A telephone number must accompany all orders, otherwise they are sent at the risk of the customer.
flowers.com cannot except any liability for damage or injury caused by any of it's products breaking, falling or not, employees, agents, affiliates, partners or associates. Certain types of flowers and their stamen can stain fabric and furniture. Containers can break or leak causing damage. Certain flowers and foliage can also have a negative medical impact particularly on those suffering asthma, other allergies and certain medical preconditions. Your statutory rights are not affected.
