Delivery MAINLAND UNITED KINGDOM

Delivery of all of our gifts to mainland United Kingdom can be completed by courier and costs GBP 5.95. Orders should be received the previous day by 5pm, for this service. We are able to deliver a limited supply of flowers through various agencies around the country if the order is placed by 12.00pm on the day of delivery.

LONDON

We are based in London, and as such, we are able to deliver any gift to any London postcode if the order is placed before 11 am on the day of delivery. Delivery to all London post codes is GBP 5.95.

NON-MAINLAND UNITED KINGDOM, ALL ISLANDS AND NORTHERN IRELAND

Flowers are the only products available for the moment at these locations, we hope this will change soon. Delivery to these places costs GBP 5.95.

REST OF THE WORLD

Delivery costs to these areas are GBP 4.95, however all orders for delivery outside the UK ALSO attract a GBP 9.95 (except Rep of Ireland GBP 4.95) handling charge, this covers currency and call costs.

Orders should be received one working day before delivery for this service.

GENERAL - WE DO NOT DELIVER ON SUNDAYS OR BANK HOLIDAYS.

Delivery charges include all packaging and postage charges.

• Orders placed over the phone attract a delivery charge of GBP 6.95.
• Gifts cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
• If the gifts cannot be delivered on a particular day, the closest day to it, before or after will be chosen by the customer services team to make the gift delivery as appropriate as possible. They will attempt to inform you first, but occasionally this will not be possible.
